Product Management Leader

This leadership role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of insurance products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Product Roadmap: Align priorities across carrier integrations, agency operations, user experience, and compliance.
  • Lead Agile Product Development: Manage globally distributed engineering teams, sprint cycles, backlogs, and delivery quality.
  • Guide Carrier Integration Efforts: Direct APIs, third-party raters, and platform partnerships to enhance product experiences.
  • Improve Internal Tools and Workflows: Enhance CRM systems, quoting flows, admin controls, and automation to support operations.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Support marketing, growth, and lifecycle messaging plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Innovate and Scale Capabilities: Contribute to AI integrations, lifecycle automation, and tools that create efficiency and growth.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years' product management experience in regulated or data-heavy environments.
  • Leadership experience of globally distributed engineering teams managing delivery pipelines, sprint cadences, and large-scale prioritization.
  • Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, and internal tool development.
  • Knowledge of operations platforms supporting licensed agent workflows, CRM, quoting/binding, and policy servicing.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reliability through proactive controls and issue detection.
