The analyst supports the associate director in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the treasury department. This includes working closely with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of treasury functions such as payment processing, bank reconciliations, and client service.
The role requires a highly organized individual with a strong understanding of banking systems, wire transfers, and operational policies. The associate will be expected to adhere to operational procedures, manage payment processing, and assist with onboarding and offboarding clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1 year of professional experience in the fund administration industry, with specific experience in treasury or investor services.
- Knowledge of international banking systems and wire transfer procedures.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable, especially when working with Brazilian clients.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing payment details, transaction reconciliations, and financial records.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders clearly and professionally.
