We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients and stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in an Agile environment. They will be responsible for developing functional specifications, gathering business requirements, and collaborating with developers to refine technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop complex functional specifications for software products;
- Discover, gather, and organize business requirements from clients and stakeholders;
- Understand business challenges and propose new ways to address them;
- Presentation design specifications to stakeholders and update accordingly;
- Work with Tech Leads and Developers to refine business specifications related to technical stories;
- Align technical changes with development teams and identify required changes;
- Advanced English skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills;
- Analyzing configuration files and understanding code;
- Knowledge of industry standards such as XML, XSD, JSON;
- Understanding Agile methodologies;
- Prompted pressure and ability to solve problems effectively;
- Results-oriented work style;
- Ability to lead change and innovation;
