SA Regional Demand Planning Manager

This position leads all short- and long-term forecasting efforts across the SA region.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business or related field and significant experience in supply chain demand planning.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons.
  • Oversee a team responsible for reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, and evaluating forecast results.
  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model.
  • Utilize a collaborative approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to obtain and ensure accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
  • Identify significant variances to prior forecasts for discussion during regular review processes.
  • Maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
  • Develop required reporting to assist in the Consensus process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain demand planning.
  • Forecasting and analytical expertise.
  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strategic and scenario planning.
  • Advanced planning systems functionality.
