CPP Investments is a global investment management organization that invests the funds of the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) to ensure long-term sustainability. We are currently recruiting for an Investment Intern to join our Latin America investment team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our investment teams in evaluating and identifying investment opportunities. The successful candidate will assist in conducting research and analysis, performing valuation analysis, and reviewing due diligence reports. The intern will also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including asset management and financial modeling.

Responsibilities
  • Support research and analysis to evaluate and identify investment opportunities
  • Perform valuation analysis, including DCF models and comparable company analysis
  • Review third-party due diligence reports
  • Assist in drafting and presenting investment recommendations
  • Maintain financial models for portfolio companies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and key events
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a final or penultimate year of study
  • High levels of academic performance and intellectual curiosity
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines and working under pressure
