Nursing Care Specialist

Promote the overall well-being of residents as a skilled caregiver, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and feeding to maintain resident dignity.
- Respond promptly to resident needs or requests through active listening and prompt action.
- Transport patients with care and consideration for their comfort and safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of residents and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment to prevent shortages.
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
- CPR certification is highly valued.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
