About the Role

As a Development Architect for SAP Data Warehouse, you will be part of our newly founded Data Warehouse development team in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil. You will work in a global environment on the design, coding, testing, and quality assurance of topics like e.g. BW Move, SAP DataSphere Integration, Hybrid Scenarios, and BW/HANA. For the SAP DataSphere product, you will provide an excellent integration between SAP DataSphere and BW/4HANA and work on a smooth path for customers to move more and more workload into the cloud without losing their massive investment into the BW and ABAP stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and quality assure software solutions for SAP Data Warehouse

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Provide expertise in ABAP OO and SAP HANA database knowledge

• Analyze complex problems and drive root cause analysis

• Continuously learn new technologies and business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field

• Proven broad and deep experience in all aspects of software development

• Profound experience with ABAP OO and SAP HANA database knowledge

• Analytical skills and good communication skills

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory
