Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key role in the provision of healthcare services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To plan, organize and deliver healthcare services to meet the needs of employees;
  • To supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals;
  • To participate in the planning, execution and evaluation of health programs;
  • To conduct occupational exams and provide supervision and evaluation of occupational care;
  • To support the doctor in identifying causes of absenteeism and to manage administrative controls.

Requirements:

Key Skills:

  • Administrative management skills with ability to coordinate sector processes and documents;
  • Discipline and organization to meet deadlines and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field;
  • Post-graduate degree in Occupational Nursing an asset;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Experience working in outpatient clinics an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic English language skills;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google and Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
