Interviewer and Installer

We are seeking a skilled Interviewer and Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting households to participate in local surveys and ensuring high rates of address utilization.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to achieving results. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are able to adapt to changing situations.
Main Responsibilities- Recruit households for participation in local surveys and maintain active engagement.
- Train residents on survey participation during equipment installation and ensure they understand the importance of their involvement.
- Maintain cadastral records up-to-date and recover participation in case of cancellation.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
- Initiative and ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and approaches, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with experience in external sales or field work preferred.
