We're looking for an accomplished Mechanical Systems Innovator to join our team. This role is perfect for a skilled professional with expertise in mechanical design, system analysis, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering principles, including mechanics, hydraulics, and materials science. They should be well-versed in CAD tools like SolidWorks and FEA software like Ansys.

As a Mechanical Systems Innovator, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex systems. You'll evaluate proposed designs, identify areas for improvement, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful project execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating system performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Developing and implementing new designs and technologies
  • Collaborating with engineers and technicians to integrate mechanical systems
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

You'll have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contribute to intellectual property development, and grow your skills in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in R&D or related field
  • Expertise in mechanical design, system analysis, and problem-solving
