Role Description

This is a challenging role that requires strong research skills and the ability to make high-volume calls. The ideal candidate will source information on and engage potential capital providers for our commercial real estate debt and equity brokerage firm, focusing on the U.S. market.

  • Develop deal-specific outreach strategies to gauge interest in active opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members, ensuring a smooth handoff for follow-up discussions.
  • Make introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in research, business development, sales support, or a related field.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach calls each week.
  • Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information from databases, websites, and direct conversations.
  • Skilled at leveraging online research tools (including websites, LinkedIn, and industry databases) to source and evaluate capital providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cold-emailing and calling tools and best practices.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
