Job Overview

The Global Site Launch team seeks a skilled Site Activation Manager to oversee the strategic planning and execution of site activations.

This critical role will involve leading country operations teams, ensuring timely delivery of client commitments in accordance with project scope and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement site activation strategies from award through open enrollment.
  • Develop and execute site activation plans, including site identification, regulatory, contract, and start-up timelines.
  • Oversee the execution of site activation strategies, focusing on delivering sites within agreed timelines while proactively identifying and addressing risks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project team members, and local regulatory specialists regarding site status, activation projections, risks, and opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues as needed to ensure accurate completion and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills to lead projects and multicultural teams.
  • Proven experience in project ownership, controlling delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or clients, balancing priorities and establishing effective working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and decision challenging.
  • Proven ability to work through others to deliver results on complex projects.
