Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Logistics team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people leadership and human resources, with experience working in fast-paced and complex environments.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading HR actions and establishing partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization. This includes managing third-party contracts, metrics management, and absenteeism control, among other responsibilities.

In this role, you will also work on specific HR activities such as hiring interviews, talent discussions, engagement actions, and more. You will use analytical skills to monitor and analyze metrics and trends, and ability to translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR actions and establish partnerships with business leaders to ensure the quality of the people lifecycle in the organization
  • Manage third-party contracts, metrics management, and absenteeism control
  • Conduct hiring interviews, talent discussions, and engagement actions
  • Monitor and analyze metrics and trends using analytical skills
  • Translate business plans and objectives into human resources actions to achieve results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in people leadership
  • Experience in Human Resources subsystems as an HR Business Partner in Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related fields
  • Experience in supporting customer groups working with massive processes, operations, and related areas
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an advanced level (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in labor relations
  • Project management skills
