Fiscal Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fiscal Assistant to join our organization in Valinhos.

Main Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and analyze accounts of medium complexity, identifying errors and implementing solutions.
  • Presentation of fiscal accounts in the annual event, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Establish strong partnerships with controllers and clients.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and Retained Source Taxes. Additionally, they will be responsible for:

  • Audit of retained source taxes (IRRF, INSS, PIS/COFINS/CSLL).
  • Delivery of accessory tax obligations - EFD ICMS/IPI, REINF, DCTF, GIA, and GIA-ST.
  • Posting and archiving of reconciliations and/or accessory tax obligations.
  • Follow-up on federal communications and address issues.
  • Monitoring of legislation related to accessory tax obligations - new file formats and regulations.
  • Proposal of improvements to systems to reduce errors, manual work, and increase efficiency.
