As the Implementation Coordinator at Dedalus, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our product portfolio implementations, ensuring the application of industry best practices while leading a team of project managers, consultants, and specialists.

Your role will include ongoing training and development of the implementation team, as well as effective management of projects and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee departmental budgets, project expenditures, revenues, and the allocation of necessary resources, including third-party services.
  • Ensure efficient management of personnel and optimal utilization of resources.
  • Define and govern the implementation process: from adherence and installation to application, configuration, training, and final validation (evidence and approval of GO / NO GO).
  • Validate the preparation of schedules, timelines, presentations, and documentation as defined by Project Managers.
  • Implement best practice processes and procedures for the successful execution of Dedalus' product implementations.
  • Develop skills in alignment with the products offered and market demands.
  • Execute service strategies and manage tasks/programs effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction regarding implementation services.
  • Survey and maintain quality KPIs for the services delivered.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization, third parties, and clients.
  • Assess the impact of products on business operations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive customer training manuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Relevant experience in the Healthcare IT sector.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with software implementation processes.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies, including PMBOK, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, and others.
  • Prior experience in leading projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.
