Production Optimization Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled production optimization lead to oversee and streamline our manufacturing schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and enhance production processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address production challenges and propose effective solutions with the production team.
  • Utilize advanced planning tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in production planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related area.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proven experience in production planning or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using production planning software (Excel, Primavera, MS Project).
