Job Title: Payroll Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team at Biz Latin Hub. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing payroll reports, generating payslips, and scheduling occupational medical exams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payroll reports
  • Generate payslips and send these to employees
  • Schedule and control of occupational medical exams
  • Assist with the payroll process
  • Assist with calculating provisions, vacations, and terminations
  • Assist with managing benefits
  • Assist with calculating payroll taxes and issuing relevant guides (FGTS, INSS, IRRF)
  • Request approval of payroll expenses
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all customers are satisfied with our services through timely and effective communication, on-time delivery, and excellent support
  • Control of employees' records and personal documents
  • Assist with absences

Requirements:

  • Complete high school
  • Experience as a personnel department assistant or related areas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and efficient response to deadlines
  • Motivation to complete workload within deadline
  • High sense of confidentiality to protect confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • English Intermediate level
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate Excel
  • A strong commitment to ethics and demonstration of high integrity
