HR-ADM Analyst

Becoming a key member of our Human Resources Admin team is an exciting opportunity.

You will be responsible for administrative procedures related to Human Resources, ensuring good communication and quality of service towards employees.

  • Validate news of the month, including licenses, vacations, salary increases, and more.
  • Document, analyze, and suggest improvements to area processes.
  • Interact with external entities and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports required by management or control areas.
  • Assist employees with labor matters and Administration tasks, including Payroll, contracts, and onboarding.
  • Provide onsite inductions for new entrants when applicable.

For success in this role:

  • At least 3 years of experience with HR-ADM tasks, such as Payroll, Contracts, Employee Forms, Onboarding, Offers, or Communications are needed.
  • Studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields are necessary.
  • Previous work experience with service/IT companies is advantageous.
  • Proficient English language skills are required.
