Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced solutions architect to lead our client engagement process from initial conversations to proposal creation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client discovery and whiteboard sessions in collaboration with a technical lead.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Own the development of proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
  • Collaborate with sales, UX, QA, and engineering teams on scoping efforts.
Requirements
  • Background in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams (tech lead, UX, QA).
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles, Agile/Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
