Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and inform follow-up actions to enhance our workplace culture and drive business outcomes.
- Insight Generation: Glean insights from employee listening channels to set strategic priorities for the team and proactively analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize retention strategies.
- Communication: Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for key stakeholders and regularly communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with partners at GLINT and the Avanade all-employee survey team (ALLI) to support the launch of our bi-annual employee listening survey and develop training materials and resources to build data literacy and analytical skills across HR.
- Experience: Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis tools, data visualization tools, and survey methodologies.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, solid project management skills, and the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, data science, or a related field.
