Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to lead our Brazilian commercial business, partnering with local leaders to create a positive and engaging workplace. As a critical thought partner to the management team, you will drive and execute talent planning processes, support organization design efforts, and integrate with talent acquisition processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management: Drive and execute talent planning processes; support organization design efforts to achieve business unit targets and milestones; integrated partner in the talent acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding.
  2. Leadership Development: Create future leaders and drive a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development).
  3. HR Solutions: Partner with local leaders for talent acquisition and learning and development to design HR solutions and HR services for delivery and collaborate with them to develop and advocate the solution.
  4. Employee Engagement: Provide partnership to the business to identify strategies to increase employee engagement through effective communication, policies, and practices.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion: Support company policies and programs that reinforce diversity in the workplace and customize global DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategy for Brazil.
  7. Training and Development: Partner with Mexico HRBP to better understand the current training programs and create L&D strategy.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
  2. Broad HR generalist experience including facilitating training programs.
  3. Retail and wholesale channel experience preferred.
  4. Advanced English level.
  5. Team Management & Team Development Skills.
