We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Science Program Manager. This role will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our online BSc and MSc programs in Computer Science.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about computer science education. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs, working closely with academic staff, faculty members, and students.
Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to academic staff and faculty, managing course schedules, maintaining records and databases, acting as the primary contact for students, handling administrative requests, technical issues, and inquiries, monitoring student enrollment and progress, offering guidance as needed, facilitating communication between academic staff and students, ensuring prompt responses to queries, and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops to support student learning and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
