About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to join our web portal and e-commerce team in Sorocaba, Brazil. As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of mobility by defining the product vision and strategy, prioritizing and sequencing the backlog, and working closely with the Product Manager and developer team to build responsive, data-centric rich web and mobile applications.

Your Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and strategy, conveying the goals and objectives to the team
  • Prioritize and sequence the backlog based on business value, risk, and time-criticality
  • Work with the Product Manager to define the best solutions for customer and business requirements
  • Collaborate with test engineers to ensure solid coverage by both manual and automated testing
  • Align with the Platform Team to maximize the value delivery of the team
  • Manage dependencies and impediments within the team and work with other roles to resolve them
  • Ensure compliance and documentation of the solutions built by the team
Your Profile
  • Complete bachelor's degree
  • Excellent English skills
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methods and the Software Engineering process
  • High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex processes and problems
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting, flexibility, enthusiasm, and strong team skills
  • End-to-end thinking during implementation
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English
  • Basic knowledge in organizational development and business administration
