">">Responsibilities:">">

The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with ability to communicate fluently with native and non-native speakers.

Engineering degree (civil or mechanical); candidates with architecture background considered if they have extensive MEP modeling and coordination experience.

">">

5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects.

">">

Experience modeling HVAC and plumbing (commercial, industrial, healthcare, and residential) including process piping, ductwork, sheet metal, mechanical equipment, domestic water, sanitary drainage, gray water, stormwater, medical gases, compressed air lines, pumps, heaters, and related components.

Experience coordinating or clash-detecting through Navisworks; knowledge of BIM coordination, clash reports, QAQC, and model accuracy.
