  • Partner with Country Commercial Team: Develop commercial plans, drive business success, and contribute to the overall company strategy.
  • Provide Proactive Input and Reactive Support: Offer strategic guidance and support to R&D development projects and initiatives.
External Engagement
  • Interact with Top Local Thought Leaders: Engage in scientific meetings and forums to stay informed and represent the company's interests.
  • Represent Allergan as Local Scientific Spokesperson: Effectively communicate the company's message to key stakeholders.
Team Management
  • Recruit and Retain High-Performing Teams: Provide coaching, leadership, and opportunities for growth to enable team members to reach their full potential.
