We are seeking an experienced Operations Strategy Consultant to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our Operational Strategy Unit, you will be responsible for leading the development of operational strategies and ensuring the successful execution of proposal deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize RFP hit rates and drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of proposal deliverables, including operational strategies, bid defense handoffs, and accountability for all related operational proposal deliverables.
  • Collaborate with therapeutic and cross-functional leadership teams to assess success and profitability and ability to execute to plan.
  • Drive the development of the operations segment of the proposal deliverable within prescribed timelines.
  • Partner with Clinical Operations, Commercial organization, and MMS to enhance proposal efficiency management and decrease COS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience providing knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 15+ years') or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
  • Therapeutic experience in relevant therapeutic area to be supported.
  • Previous Clinical Operations and/or Project Management experience in clinical trial delivery.
