We are seeking a seasoned project professional to spearhead our projects.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee complex, large-scale initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for guiding your team in adopting agile practices and navigating between traditional and agile approaches as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Solid experience working as Scrum Master on complex projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, ceremonies, roles, and values.
  • Previous experience with projects in the traditional model (Waterfall).
  • Experience in using agile management tools, emphasizing Jira.
  • Ability to analyze and monitor relevant agile metrics to support decision making.
  • Facilitating workshops, dynamics, conflict resolution, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Advanced English communication skills for international stakeholder engagement.
