Solutions Analyst Position

We are seeking a Solutions Analyst with a focus on development to work directly with a strategic client in the Public Safety sector. As a Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for sustaining and evolving Hexagon solutions in a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustain and evolve Hexagon solutions in a critical environment.
  • Correct bugs, implement new features, and propose improvements.
  • Act as technical and functional reference for the client.
  • Identify and correct problems in existing functionalities.
  • Develop and deliver new features based on business priorities.
  • Create solutions for the client's operational challenges.
  • Install, configure, and test Hexagon systems at the client's site.
  • Provide technical support and collect requirements.
  • Design advanced queries and reports in databases.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Support pre-sales team in demonstrations when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.
  • Experience in web development (front-end and/or back-end).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and services.
  • Knowledge of messaging (RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with JavaScript and frameworks like React.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL.
  • Techincal English basic level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Git, Docker, Google Cloud.
  • Experience with call management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Prior experience with Hexagon products.
  • Able to deliver technical training sessions.
