We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth hacking team, you will play a critical role in driving rapid and sustainable growth for the business.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting customers and partners. You will work closely with third-party agencies and internal teams to ensure that campaigns are on track to achieve desired goals within set timelines.
Key responsibilities include developing plans and implementing marketing strategies, proposing initiatives to optimize results, tracking and analyzing campaign data, creating reports, and building a strong marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving rapid and sustainable growth for the business, experience setting up advertising campaigns, and success stories to share. A high performance in the B2C segment, experience working with digital marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign data analysis is also essential.
A Google Ads certificate and knowledge of metrics such as CPL, CAC, MRR, LTV are must-haves. Additionally, experience working with tools like Google Analytics, Big Query, and raw data will be beneficial.
