Internship Position

We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented legal intern to become part of our vibrant legal team. This internship presents a distinctive chance to acquire practical experience within the private equity sector, collaborating closely with seasoned professionals and engaging in substantial legal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting corporate documents, including social contracts, amendments, articles of incorporation, and minutes for public companies.
  • Creating acquisition agreements, subscription contracts, joint venture documents, and shareholder agreements.
  • Preparing documentation for debenture issuance and other investment-related instruments.
  • Providing daily legal support to corporations and investment funds, participating in board meetings and assemblies, and offering relevant legal counsel.
  • Composing legal opinions and consultations.
  • Preparing documents for the establishment, registration, and accreditation of investment funds with essential regulatory bodies.
  • Analyzing and drafting commercial contracts related to investments and new business ventures.
  • Conducting and updating registrations with regulatory authorities.
  • Handling internal and external administrative tasks for the legal department, including managing requests from external law firms.
  • Preparing monthly reports and documents for the investors of the managed funds.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, preferably from the 4th semester onward.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Gmail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completed coursework in Corporate Law.
  • Prior experience with regulatory entities.
  • Interest in technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, private equity, and venture capital.
