Expert Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge data services for quantitative developers in the real estate department.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with GIS data, Databricks, and PySpark, as well as proficiency in C#/.Net backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with portfolio managers and external teams to derive requirements and match them with architectural solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy applications that meet business needs.
- Ensure high-quality data and provide level 3 support to end-users and business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Mandatory:
- Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Strong expertise in computer science, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design (OOD), and software design patterns.
- Proficiency in C#/.Net backend development.
- Familiarity with databases, data modeling, and scaling concepts.
- A collaborative personality with strong engagement skills, contributing positively to our team culture.
- Ability to work during EST time zone.
Desirable Skills:
Nice to have:
- Experience in the real estate sector.
- Background in working with GIS data.
- Knowledge of Angular development.
