Service Technician III Opportunity

We seek a skilled Service Technician III to provide exceptional maintenance and customer service for elevators and escalators in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio's elevators and escalators, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and predictive maintenance on Otis and other elevator brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and predictive maintenance on Otis and other elevator brands
  • Anticipate potential technical scenarios, develop diagnostics, and propose solutions
  • Interact with customers, prioritizing their needs and expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications in NR10 and NR35
  • Experience in maintenance and customer service for elevators and escalators is a plus
