Procurement Leader

We are seeking a Procurement Leader to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds.

The Leadership Development in Procurement (LDP) program is an 18-month journey designed to deliver both learning and business impact. As a Procurement Leader, you will achieve learning and development objectives while delivering business results through project-based rotations across various Procurement functions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving learning and development objectives while delivering business results through project-based rotations.
• Supporting supplier negotiations and contributing to cost-saving initiatives.
• Analyzing procurement data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage sourcing projects and ensure supply chain continuity.

This role reports directly to the Director of Leadership Development in Procurement and offers a competitive salary of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as relocation assistance and professional development opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Master's degree in business administration, engineering, natural sciences, or a related field, with outstanding academic performance.
• Initial professional experience in Procurement or a related area.
• International exposure through studies or internships abroad.
• Possession of innovative mindset with a desire to contribute ideas and drive meaningful change.
