We're seeking an experienced AI leader to join our team and drive the global AI vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for our organization.

  • Define and drive the global AI vision, strategy, and technical roadmap for our organization, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide innovation goals.
  • Architect state-of-the-art AI solutions leveraging advanced research in Large Language Models, generative AI, and emerging AI paradigms, with a focus on scalability, resilience, and ethical AI principles.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level AI developers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, product management, and cross-functional teams to define AI solution roadmaps and priorities.
  • Establish and enforce coding, testing, and documentation standards for AI-related development.
  • Serve as the top-level AI technical authority, providing strategic guidance, complex problem resolution, and technical arbitration in critical design decisions.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Cloud development, with at least 5 years in a principal, chief, or expert-level AI leadership role.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in Large Language Models, generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, multi-modal AI, and AI optimization techniques.
  • Proven success in architecting, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade AI solutions using advanced ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, capable of guiding executive-level decision-making.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
