Job Title: Cloud Solutions Architect Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for helping customers achieve their full potential in the cloud? Do you have the technical expertise and business acumen to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in LATAM? We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect Manager to lead our GTM strategy for AWS' Data and AI in LATAM.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Specialist Solutions Architects to develop and deploy sales motions and programs that leverage AWS Field Sales teams and technology and consulting partner channels.
  • Collaborate with Service and Technical teams to create solutions that solve customer problems, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
  • Develop and deploy digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand for AWS services in LATAM.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and educate customers on the value proposition of AWS.
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solutions Architects from internal and external sources.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience in technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.
