Job Title: Software Development Expert

Delivering high-quality web applications requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration. We are seeking an experienced software development expert who can translate UI/UX designs into scalable, high-performing user interfaces.

This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, working closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize user-facing features using Angular (18+) or React
  • Build reusable, scalable front-end components that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to drive business outcomes
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering inclusive collaboration and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v18+) or React, with a solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with build tools (Grunt, Gulp.js) and version control (Git), with a focus on delivering high-quality code
  • Familiarity with LESS/SASS, jQuery, AJAX, and SEO best practices, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
