Job Description

Experienced recruiter is needed to find skilled engineers for Sweden's IT industry. With around 200 open positions for software engineers, Sweden requires professionals who can bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

This role involves identifying and engaging suitable candidates, building trust with them, and informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will work closely with a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics such as visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.

Our clients operate in various fields like software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. Your work will be planned and executed with colleagues from different parts of the world.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage engineers suitable for relocation to Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and inform them about benefits and opportunities in Sweden.
  • Coordinate with global recruiters, Sweden-based leadership, and relocation teams to facilitate moving, visas, work permits, housing, travel, and related arrangements.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with international colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or related technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented, with flexibility to find the best solutions.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well-organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and persevere.
  • Goal-oriented with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with a professional appearance.
Benefits
  • Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: Remote work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Free national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days; paid travels, housing, and per diem.
