Job Title: Bioinformatics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team at Nityo Infotech.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large-scale genomic data, developing and implementing bioinformatics tools and pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data analysis
  • Develop and maintain software tools for data processing and visualization
  • Collaborate with biologists and clinicians to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:
