Strategic Business Product Analyst

The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to product teams by analyzing, documenting, and monitoring functional capabilities of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with product owners to understand business workflows and develop product requirements.
- Review software functionality and update product documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with data analysis and support product reporting.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and clients.
- 4 years of experience in IT or as a business analyst.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with process analysis or requirements gathering a plus.
- Superior presentation and organization skills.
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
