Job Title: Strategic Operations Planner

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Operations Planner. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning and forecasting call volumes and backlog at various time horizons.

  • Develop short-, medium- and long-term forecasts of call volumes and backlog.
  • Evaluate headcount requirements for different areas and projects.
  • Monitor the implementation of new projects and assess their operational impacts.
  • Optimize service capacity by identifying deviations and opportunities.
  • Simulate delivery scenarios based on known assumptions.
  • Analyze trend indicators and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare management reports and key business KPIs.
  • Participate in strategic meetings with CRM, management, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and forecast call volumes and backlog.
  • Evaluate headcount needs for receptive areas, active areas, and new projects.
