Automation Specialist Role

Maintain and optimize automated systems to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure continuous system availability by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Effectively diagnose and rectify equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Replace worn-out mechanical or electro-mechanical parts, such as conveyor belts, rollers, and drive motors.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on autonomous robots to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage through a computerized system.
Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting with temperatures between 50°F and 90°F (10°C and 32°C) and humidity levels varying from 28% to 60%.

Required Skills

Proficiency in using basic hand tools, electrical measuring equipment, and computers is essential. Additionally, the ability to inspect equipment, perform mechanical repairs, and navigate common software applications is crucial.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical field or equivalent education is required.
