We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Data Insights Specialist to drive performance improvement efforts across healthcare programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare data, translating performance trends into actionable recommendations, and driving operational initiatives.

This is a remote role that requires strong analytical skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Analyze program performance data, identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards to communicate performance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and evaluate ROI on initiatives aimed at closing gaps and optimizing outcomes.
