Logistics Strategy Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Logistics Strategy Manager, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics operations.
- Main Responsibilities:
Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of supply chain performance data to identify key operational issues and develop targeted solutions through process improvements or strategic adjustments.
Designing and refining logistics pricing models to boost rider activity, enhance delivery efficiency, and improve retention rates through incentives like bonuses and subsidies.
Promoting operational excellence and reducing costs by analyzing data, streamlining processes, and resolving problems while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Collaborating with product teams to launch relevant supply operation systems, enhancing product efficiency and intelligence in supply utilization.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Strong analytical skills to analyze supply chain performance data and develop insights to inform logistics strategy.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues through creative problem-solving and effective communication.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
