Senior Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Parts Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing parts replenishments, analyzing stock levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly review of parts replenishments and dealer demand forecast for order engagement with headquarters.
• Monitor achievement of parts purchases/net revenue from RC SEA.
• Process orders through sea or air freight.
• Set up accounts payable.
• Analyze and review monthly stock levels.
• Prepare monthly reports on air order ratio.
• Regularly review parts moving average demand to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Study part numbers with shortfalls, air hits, and spike orders, including lead times from source.
• Monitor stock alerts to avoid insufficient stocks.
• Monitor backorders and create ETD tickets for escalation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• At least 2 years' experience in the automotive industry, gained through dealership, manufacturing, or distributorship, or with a background in supply chain management.
• In-depth understanding of planning and forecasting.
• Experience in analyzing stock positioning, price factors.
• Background in finance, importation, and logistics.
