Our Team
Rystad Energy is looking for an analyst to work in our E&P team and contribute to the greater Latin American research teams. Your task will be to survey upstream activity in Latin America and to provide our clients with leading and relevant intelligence. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills regardless of educational and professional background.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze upstream data
- Model and value oil and gas assets
- Identify and determine the impact of external factors such as prices, M&A, geopolitics & policy etc. on activity
- Write insightful commentaries and participate in webinars on industry trends
- Contribute to the E&P team's work to build the core UCube offering
- Support our external clients, consultants and business development team
Requirements
- 0-5 years of relevant work experience
- University degree in a data driven field such as mathematics, engineering, economics or finance/business
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
- Fluent in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Self-motivated, proactive, and independent as well as a strong team player
What We Offer
The successful candidate will become part of our global team of analysts working in the E&P department. All necessary training will be provided.
