Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the quality of software development projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough process monitoring, product evaluation, and audit assignments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain project standards and procedures, making recommendations for enhanced documentation as needed.
  • Evaluate products to ensure they conform to standards and processes adhere to procedures.
  • Analyze findings, perform root cause analyses, and recommend improvements.
  • Verify traceability in project work products and gather quality metrics reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members and assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of Quality Assurance experience in the Financial Services industry (preferred).
  • Proven ability to review requirements, identify discrepancies, and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Excellent logical analysis skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to work under deadlines.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
