Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and be able to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Execute activities related to warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving;
  • Use various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts;

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. They will also have the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting cycle counts;
  • Resolving issues with vendors and suppliers;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports;

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
