We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical research projects. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain operational, financial, and regulatory integrity and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement project communications, training programs, and regulatory submissions as required.
- Manage the creation, delivery, maintenance, and disposal of data, documents, equipment, and tools, including protocols, SOPs, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Prepare regular project reports and investigator updates as required.
- Identify, assign, and monitor interdisciplinary project tasks, including site monitoring, CRF and database development, data collection, and document management.
- Ensure task completion meets or exceeds quality standards and sponsor/client expectations.
- Act as primary liaison to ensure client/sponsor expectations are managed by addressing queries/issues, planning meetings, and providing regular project status updates.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of one to three years related work experience, ongoing training, and a College Advance Diploma/Degree in a relevant field of study (preferably Health Sciences or Clinical Research).
