Talent Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Talent Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of managing and guiding teams to develop forward-thinking strategies for the hiring process.
The successful candidate will work closely with other area managers to ensure that Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective. They will be responsible for creating and implementing new strategies for the hiring process, enhancing employee well-being, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading operational leaders and a background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting.
- Lead the Talent Operations team to develop and implement innovative strategies for the hiring process.
- Collaborate with other area managers to ensure that Talent Acquisition processes are aligned with business needs.
- Monitor and manage KPIs to measure the success of Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Analyze data to assess and improve Recruiting and Staffing processes.
