About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned software professional with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, as well as excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy complex software systems using Java and related technologies.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality code and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on development experience in Java or other Object Oriented languages.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Computer Science or another technical degree (or equivalent job experience).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Kotlin, Python, Spring, Postgres, and/or message brokers.
  • Experience working in distributed systems.
  • Experience with Javascript, React, or other front-end technologies.
